- Services NOT Provided: Chronic Pain Management and Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation. Stimulants, Benzodiazepines, and Opioids are rarely prescribed.
Important Update for New Patients
Starting from the end of May 2024, our practice will only be accepting new patients under a membership plan. Traditional fee-for-service payment options will no longer be available for new patients. However, current patients using fee-for-service can continue with their existing payment arrangement.
We believe this change will enhance the level of care and support we provide to our members. Our membership plans are designed to offer comprehensive services tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive the highest quality of care.
